Newsletter Recipient

Use the contactNewsletter format to export newsletter data.

1. contactNewsletter

Table 1 lists the fields available for exporting newsletter data.

Field Explanation

birthday

Date of birth of the newsletter recipient

confirmAuthString

Automatically generated key. This key recognises the user independent of whether the user is logged in in the system or not. The key then sets a time stamp.

confirmationURL

URL that the contact used to confirm the newsletter registration.
Note: The confirmation link can be inserted in the email template via the template variable NewsletterConfirmURL.

confirmedTimestamp

Time stamp when the recipient confirmed the newsletter registration.

contactId

ID of the contact

email

Email address of the newsletter recipient

firstName

First name of the newsletter recipient

folderId

ID of the folder in which the email address of the newsletter recipient is saved

gender

Gender of the newsletter recipient

id

ID of the email address to which the newsletter is sent

ipAddress

IP address that the contact used to confirm the newsletter registration

lastName

Last name of the newsletter recipient

templateLang

Language of the newsletter template.
Note: The language is set in the Email message tab of the email template.

timestamp

Time stamp when the newsletter email was sent to the recipient
