The data format VariationSalesPrice is used to export sales prices for items. Create and export the data format in the Data » Dynamic export menu. The Exporting data page of the manual describes how you export the data format.

Pay close attention to the exact spelling of the data fields. The data cannot be processed if the data fields are spelled incorrectly.

1. Overview of the data fields

Table 1 explains the data fields for the VariationSalesPrice data format in alphabetical order as well as filter options that you set in the Filter tab of the data format.

Activate the filter and select the value from the drop-down list.


Flag 1 of the item; 0 = No flag


Flag 2 of the item; 0 = No flag


External name of the sales price


Sales price ID

Activate the filter and select the price from the drop-down list.


Internal name of the sales price


Live conversion of sales prices; is activated in the Setup » Item » Sales prices menu.


Language of the sales price; is activated in the Setup » Item » Sales prices » [Open sales price] » Tab: Language menu.

Activate the filter and select the language from the drop-down list.


Minimum order quantity of the sales price


Position of the sales price; sales prices are sorted in ascending order in the Sales prices area of item variations.


Type of the sales price


Attribute name and attribute value name of the variation; format: Name:Value


(previously VariationCustomNumber) Variation number


Variation ID

Activate the filter, select the operator and enter the value.


Name of the variation


Price of the variation

2. Overview of the mandatory fields

The following mandatory fields must be available for the data format VariationSalesPrice and need to have a valid value saved for them:

  • Variation ID and SalesPriceID for editing a sales price

  • VariationID, SalesPriceID and DeleteItemPrice for deleting a sales price

3. Overview of the synchronisation fields

The data fields that are listed in table 2 are available for data synchronisation. These data fields are mandatory synchronisation fields. For mandatory synchronisation fields, select the option Synchronisation as Import procedure. At least one of the data fields from the following table must be selected for synchronisation. You can also select both data fields.
